The estimated shelf life of our products is 5-7 days refrigerated and 2-3 months in the freezer. Store all products in the original boxes to better ensure maximum shelf life. Preferred method of defrosting: Overnight in the refrigerator. Cakes can be left at room temperature for faster defrosting time. Some products may take up to 24 hours to defrost (fruit pies, napoleon cake.) Cakes with buttercream frosting should only be sliced when completely defrosted. Cakes can be re-frozen 1-2 times in the original box.
