Our Make & Take Classes are the perfect prep classes for your next family dinner. This month we will dive into creating the ultimate Lasagna! Bechamel is the creamy white sauce that is used for this amazing lasagna! Once you learn how to master this sauce, you will use it for many other dishes! Chock full of meat (or meatless) and veggies, you will customize & prep this whole lasagna and take it home to bake and enjoy!!! Each student will make their own 9 x13” lasagna.

- 7 layer meat & veggie lasagna w/ Bechamel - 1 large lasagna to take home
- Students ages 13-18 years old will be able to attend if accompanied by a participating adult as per our kitchen safety guidelines.
