Experience and learn about the unique flavors and tastes of authentic Cuban cuisine! Heavily influenced by Spanish, French, African & Portuguese cultures, Cuban chefs rely on locally sourced spices for flavoring. Chef Risa will teach how to braise, sear, slice & stir for a traditional Cuban tasting! Don’t forget to BYOB to make yourself a refreshing Mojito!
