Black Ink Spaghetti Marinara w/ Capers & Papprika


Refined "Spaghetti neri" (made with squid-ink and durum wheat semolina) meet in this recipe the perfect seasoning to a tasty and unique dish. This is a gourmet Italian recipe you can serve as is or with deep-fried fish fillets.

  • Squid-ink black Spaghetti with capers and paprika - 250g, 2 servings.
  • Preparation: bring 3 and 1/5 cups (0,75 Liter) of water and 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the contents of the package, cover and cook  until most of the water has absorbed. 
  • Useful tips: add 4 anchovies fillets during cooking and serve with fried bread crumbles.
  • Wine: Sovana Rosso Superiore DOC or  medium bodied red wine.
  • Ingredients: pasta with squid-ink, capers, sweet paprika, herbs, salt.
