Fun Tip for Class Attendees: When pairing wine with a lean Tilapia fish, look for zesty and refreshing whites for a nice balance. Some of our personal favorites would be Champagne Vinho Verde (Portugal) or an Unoaked Chardonnay such as Chablis.
