Linguini with basil pesto sauce is a traditional recipe from the city of Genova in the north-west of Italy but is today very appreciated everywhere in Italy and in the world. Thanks to basil and whole pine-nuts, Linguini al pesto is a fresh tasty dish, you will have just to add grated cheese and olive oil. Linguini Al Pesto Genovese is a VEGAN dish.

  • Linguini with basil pesto Genovese sauce - 250g, 2 servings.
  • Preparation: bring 3 cups (0,7 Liter) of water and 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the contents of the package, cover and cook until most of the water has absorbed.
  • Useful tips: add 4 tbsp Italian extra virgin olive oil and 1/2 cup grated cheese.
  • Wine: Brindisi Rosato DOC or rosè, still, medium body wines.
  • Ingredients: pasta (durum WHEAT semolina, water 12,5%) 88%, basil 10%, garlic, PINE SEEDS, salt. Contains GLUTEN, may contain traces of: SUNFLOWER SEEDS, TREE-NUTS, CELERY, SOY, SESAME SEEDS, POTATO. DOES NOT CONTAIN GLUTAMMATE OR CHEMICAL ADDITIVES.
