Spicy Pennette Arrabbiata


Pennette "Arrabbiata" are a very classic Italian recipe, simple and perfect! In our recipe we added a secret touch to make this dish more tasty to spicy lovers.

  • Pennette "Arrabbiata" - 200g, 2 servings. VEGAN.
  • Preparation: bring 2 and 3/4 cups (0,65 Liter) of water and 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the contents of the package, cover and cook  until most of the water has absorbed. 
  • Suggestions: add 4 anchovies fillets during cooking and serve with fried bread crumbles.
  • Wine: Sovana Rosso Superiore DOC or medium bodied red wine.
  • Ingredients: pasta, hot chili pepper, herbs, salt.
