With her tasty tricks and trendy techniques, you’ll be in great hands taking one of her scrumptious classes.
Chef Suzanne started working for us in 2017 when we first opened “Foodies Cooking School”, making her one of our first pioneer chefs here at Sweet Expressions by Geri. Suzanne is a graduate from The New School for Social Research’s New York Restaurant School, in Manhattan and has been bringing her talents as a pastry chef to several New York and New Jersey locations including Mardi Gras Foods, Keen’s Chop House and also has been blogging for all food related things in The Star Ledger Newspaper, Edible Jersey, NJ Monthly, Savvy Living Magazines and so much more!
A featured cooking class that has brought Chef Suzanne to the spotlight would be her most recent hit, “Dinner with Dad” class for this year’s Father’s Day. During this toothsome course, our guests cooked some mouthwatering Chimichurri Hanger Steak as the main course, along with Grilled Romaine Salad with a Bacon & Avocado Dressing. For their second side, some Fiery Corn on the Cob and last but not least, for their light, summer dessert, Suzanne taught the class how to make the most delicious Mixed Berry Crisp A La Mode!
